About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the service. You will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, wellbeing, and educational outcomes of all children while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and all relevant legislation.
- Lead, mentor, and support educators to deliver high-quality education and care programs.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Conduct centre tours, enrolment meetings, orientations, and community engagement activities to attract and retain families.
- Support educators in implementing engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).




- Maintain and oversee the Centre's Self-Assessment process and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Develop, implement, and review Centre policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to staff in administration, professional development, performance management, and training.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.

About You

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the Early Childhood sector.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and National Regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and educators.
