Our Client based in Carrum Downs is looking for a Curtain Production Supervisor for their warehouse!

Temp to Perm Opportunity!

Negotiable hourly rate dependant on experience $40 - $50p/h

The Position:

You will be responsible for overseeing the curtain production team, ensuring daily schedule and a high quality of workmanship is met.

Your Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and supervise team accordingly
- Monitor quality control standards and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, knowledge and quality.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on machine operation and sewing techniques.




- Monitor stock levels and inform Production Manager when stock is low.
- Sewing curtains as per daily production schedule and specifications supplied.
- Quality checks
- Detect and adjust any function defects.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

To be successful:

- Experience in window furnishings
- Experience with industrial sewing machines
- Sewing experience with one or all of the following - Lining, velvet, pleated and angled curtains.
- Ability to delegate jobs to the team
- Stock control
- Full working rights
- Own reliable transport
