Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you'll gain exposure to the full advice process, sit in client meetings, contribute to strategy discussions and continue progressing through your Professional Year in a supportive, collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for someone who has recently commenced their Qualified Year or is ready to begin the journey towards becoming a Financial Adviser.
About the Role
This is a genuine Associate Adviser position where you'll work closely with experienced Advisers across the entire client journey while continuing to develop your technical and client relationship skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending client meetings alongside Advisers
- Assisting with research and advice strategy development
- Preparing detailed file notes and client meeting summaries
- Supporting the preparation and implementation of SOAs and ROAs
- Managing end-to-end advice implementation
- Liaising with product providers and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate client records within Xplan
- Building strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication
- Assisting Advisers with ongoing service reviews and client management
- Continuing your development towards managing your own client relationships in the future
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- 3+ years' experience within a financial planning practice
- Previous experience as a Client Services Manager, Senior Client Services Officer, Associate Adviser or Paraplanner
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial planning process
