Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and issuing building approvals across commercial and/or residential projects
- Managing and delivering commercial certification projects from approval through to completion
- Conducting mandatory inspections and issuing compliance documentation
- Providing technical advice to builders, designers, and clients
- Ensuring compliance with the NCC, relevant legislation, and local requirements
- Liaising with councils and key stakeholders
- Supporting the continued growth of the commercial project portfolio

About You
- Registered Level 1 Building Surveyor (or close to registration)
- Experience in commercial certification (residential experience also welcomed)
- Strong knowledge of the NCC and Queensland building legislation
- Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Organised, professional, and comfortable managing your own projects
