We're currently seeking a Junior–Intermediate HSE Consultant to join a growing workplace health and safety consultancy supporting clients across Queensland.

About the Role
As an HSE Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to improve safety performance, ensure compliance, and deliver practical risk management solutions across a diverse portfolio of workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and compliance audits
- Assist clients with WHS compliance and risk management
- Prepare and review SWMS, risk assessments, policies, and procedures
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Deliver on-site safety advice and guidance to client teams
- Assist with management system development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare audit reports and provide practical recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across multiple industries
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years' experience in a HSE, WHS, or Safety Advisor role
- A Leading Hand, Supervisor, or Site Supervisor looking to transition into a career in Health & Safety (full training and mentoring provided)
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher)
- Robust understanding of Australian WHS legislation
- Experience conducting site inspections, audits, or compliance activities
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Confident working independently while managing multiple client sites
- Current Driver's Licence
