About the Role

As part of our Service Support Team, you will:

- Work collaboratively across all studios within the service
- Provide high-quality care, supervision, and support to children, families, and fellow educators
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state legislation and National Quality Framework (NQF) standards
- Assist in delivering engaging programs aligned with approved learning frameworks and children’s interests
- Maintain consistently high standards across all aspects of care and presentation
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and team-focused environment
- Enjoy working in a well-resourced centre with large, natural learning spaces

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Diploma of Children’s Services or Certificate III in early childhood
- Availability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
- Up-to-date training in Child Protection, Food Safety, Secure Sleep, and Emergency Response
- A strong understanding of creating engaging and stimulating learning environments
- A willingness to embrace and work within The Curiosity Approach
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A professional, positive attitude
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
