Fiacon Cleaning Services is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in commercial cleaning services across Australia. Our business is continually growing and we are now seeking reliable, experienced and trustworthy permanent part time cleaners to clean a private school located in the Narellan region. We're looking for cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate well, and deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning standards. Cleaners will be joining an existing team and will be working 25 hours per week each (5 hours Monday to Friday afternoon). As this is a private school, cleaning is only required during the school terms which is approx. 39 weeks per year however, there may be an opportunity to clean the school during the holiday periods. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to work permanent afternoon hours during the school term, with school holidays and weekend off!

Start Date:

- Immediate start

Scope of Works:

- Each area of the school has a detailed cleaning scope of works
- Cleaning is predominantly general cleaning - Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, cleaning of classrooms, halls, kitchens and bathrooms

Working Hours:

- Cleaning is required Monday to Friday
- Cleaning shift will be 5 hours per day
- Flexible start times - can start between 3:30pm - 6:30pm
- 25 hours per week
- As this is a private school, you will only be cleaning during the school terms, which is approx. 39 weeks per year

Remuneration:

- Gross hourly rate of $35.20 per hour
- Gross daily rate of $176
- Gross weekly rate of $880
- 4 weeks of Annual Leave per year
- 10 days of Sick Leave per year

Cleaner Requirements:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Right to Work In Australia
- Valid and current Drivers licence
- Must pass medical - which will include a drug test

What Fiacon Will Provide:

- In depth training onsite, completed by our Cleaning Supervisor
- Provide all cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables
