Green Real Estate Agency is seeking a motivated and organised leasing Agent to join our team in West Ryde. This is a full time role focused on leasing residential properties, processing tenant applications, and presenting properties for rent, while also assisting the property management team with inspections when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct open homes and private inspections for rental properties
- Present and market properties to prospective tenants
- Process and assess rental applications
- Liaise with landlords and tenants during the leasing process
- Prepare and coordinate lease documentation and approvals
- Assist with ingoing and outgoing inspections when required
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Deliver professional communication and service to landlords and tenants





Skills & Experience

- Minimum 6 months experience in real estate leasing or property management
- Experience using PropertyMe, Snug,Vaultre and Ignite
- NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage leasing schedules
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
