Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Supervisor to assist the Key Account Manager to oversee the operation management of our subcontracted national warehouses located in Sydney, Adelaide, and Perth. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, monitoring performance and KPIs, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with peers in Australia and China to provide integrated and standardized services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse operations, customer service, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

Assist to manage the daily operations of subcontracted national warehouses in Sydney, Adelaide, and Perth.

Ensure warehouse processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's standards and objectives.

Performance Monitoring & KPI Tracking

Monitor the performance of the subcontracted warehouses, ensuring KPIs are met, including stock accuracy, inbound/outbound productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement action plans to improve warehouse performance and productivity.

Customer Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication to meet their logistics needs and expectations.

Provide solutions to operational issues or concerns raised by customers, ensuring continuous satisfaction and service quality.

IT Systems & Warehouse Operations Support

Ensure the seamless integration of IT systems to support warehouse operations (e.g., WMS software, inventory management systems).

Work closely with the IT department to ensure all systems are functioning effectively and troubleshoot any issues related to warehouse operations.

Ensure that stock accuracy is maintained through rigorous stock control processes and effective use of WMS software.





Monitor and optimize inbound and outbound logistics processes to meet customer-specific requirements for timeliness and accuracy.

Reporting & Performance Meetings

Compile and run regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Conduct performance meetings with internal and external warehouse managers, peers, and customers to review KPIs and operational performance.

Collaboration with International Teams

Assist Key Account Manager to Liaise with peers and teams in China and UAE to ensure alignment of global operations and provide integrated and standardized services across regions.

Facilitate effective communication between local and international teams to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.

Key Requirements

Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics management, particularly with experience in managing national or multi-site warehouses.

Proven track record in customer service management within a logistics or supply chain environment.

Language

Fluent in English (must) and Chinese (preferred) to effectively communicate with local and international teams and customers.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other logistics-related software.

Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Open-minded and adaptable to changing demands and operational needs.
