Perioperative Enrolled Nurse - Full-time

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Perioperative Enrolled Nurse with experience in Endoscopy and minor procedures to join our clinical team on a Full-time basis. Monday to Friday flexible roster, no on-call, no public holidays, closed 3 weeks over the Christmas/ New Year period.

Duties and responsibilities:

This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.

- Perioperative scrub/ scout for Endoscopy and minor procedures
- Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care
- Ensure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgery
- Ensure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focus
- Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complications
- Deliver education and support to patients for the management of their recovery

About You:

You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare. You will have:

- Solid experience in Perioperative nursing
- Experience in Endoscopy essential
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in the below specialties desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
