WHAT YOU NEED

- Essential Competencies, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience delivering Business Analysis services.
- Experience delivering in Agile/traditional methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills across all capability levels.
- Experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, definition, traceability, and management across different delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication skills
- both verbally and in written form
- at all levels within an organisation (business and technical).
- Experience in business process analysis, process improvement and process modelling.
- Experience delivering BA services via web collaboration tools.

Salary offered is $75k to $85k
