About the Role

- Work across a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual, corporate, insolvency and building & construction matters.

- Manage matters from instruction through to resolution, with hands‑on involvement across strategy, drafting, negotiation and court processes.

- Build your capability in both alternative dispute resolution and litigation, including mediations, contested hearings and trial preparation.

- Join a growing disputes practice where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of files and contribute to the team's continued growth.

- Be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, support and delivering practical outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage a range of commercial dispute matters across contractual, corporate, insolvency and construction-related issues.

- Prepare court documents, affidavits, submissions and settlement proposals.

- Conduct legal research, due diligence and risk analysis to support litigation strategy.

- Assist with mediations, contested hearings, trial preparation and client meetings.





- Work closely with senior lawyers to deliver commercially focused advice and strong client outcomes.

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' PAE in commercial litigation, with experience handling matters with a degree of autonomy.

- Strong drafting skills across pleadings, court documents, correspondence and submissions.

- Confidence managing files, priorities and deadlines in a busy practice environment.

- A practical, commercially minded approach and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- A genuine interest in developing your career within a collaborative commercial disputes team.
