In this role, you will:

Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatment services.

Provide personalised consultations and qualified advice to help clients achieve their hair goals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through outstanding customer service.

Recommend and promote professional haircare products and salon services.

Mentor and support apprentices, salon assistants, and junior stylists,



sharing your skills and experience.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation throughout the salon.

Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a welcoming, professional, and positive environment.

Keep up to date with current trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.
