$40.16 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

A Sport & Competition Coordinator has a varied and flexible role, assisting with sport programming, competition delivery and administration within the Club. About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Port Macquarie team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as Senior General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching, coordinating and guiding young people, and:

- Work as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe sport programs and competitions
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate sport programs and competition schedulesDevelop innovative strategies to drive player and team registration across all sports competitions.




- Provide customer service and membership administration duties, as required

About You

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as,

- Do you have tertiary qualifications in sport development, sport management or business?
- Do you have experience coordinating sport programs, competitions or community sport activities?
- Do you have skills in administration and coaching?
- Do you have a passion for sports and team building skills for coaching purposes?
- Are you a reliable and trustworthy person for the care of young people?
- Are you an autonomous worker as well as a team player?
- Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
