NIGHTSHIFT Sun - Thus or Mon - Fri 9.00pm - 5.00am

Full time position

- Check daily orders by customer run
- Ensuring correct product is packed for each order
- Ability to process a different variety of fish species
- Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience
- Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift




- Requires a very valuable knowledge of seafood to understand quality requirements and to visually identify fish and shellfish against order specs.

Successful applicantsmust have:

- A strong knowledge in fresh seafood
- Ability to work within a fast-paced production team
