THE ROLE
Day time hours Monday to Friday, weekends off.

Collaborate with the our Head Chef who has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry working in venue's such as Rockpool, long grain and multiple venue 5 star hotels. Join our culinary team to develop and execute cutting-edge menu concepts that reflect our culinary vision and showcase seasonal ingredients.

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with attention to detail, presentation, and flavour profiles.

Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation according to established standards.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and creativity among the culinary team.

SKILLS

Previous min 1-2 years' experience as a chef

Food Safety certified.

Must have a positive can-do attitude.

Highly relevant qualification is preferred

A willingness to learn and develop.

The ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Ability to work individually or as a team.
