In this full-time role based in Brisbane, Kingston (Logan), you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our student programmes.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage student enquiries and provide excellent over the phone customer service
- Process student applications and enrolments
- Maintain and update student records and files
- Assist with the coordination of student events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the broader educational team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within an educational or training environment
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience VETtrak and/or CloudAssess platforms an advantage but not necessary




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive team environment
