About the Role

Commercial Windows is seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Window & Door Installer to join our growing team based in Beresfield, NSW.

This is a full-time position working on commercial construction projects throughout Newcastle, the Hunter Region, and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the installation of aluminum-framed windows, doors, glazing systems, and associated products on construction sites.

We are looking for someone with building or construction industry experience who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work effectively as part of a team.

Previous experience installing windows and doors is highly regarded but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation of commercial aluminum windows and doors on construction sites
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and installation details
- Assisting with unloading, handling, and positioning window and door frames
- Measuring and checking openings to ensure accurate installation
- Using hand tools, power tools, and access equipment safely and efficiently
- Installing flashings, sealants, fixings, and associated hardware
- Glazing and fitting completed window and door systems where required
- Working safely at heights, including the use of scaffolding, EWPs, and other access equipment
- Completing installations to company and industry quality standards
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work vehicles
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Previous experience in construction, building,



labouring, carpentry, roofing, cladding, glazing, or a similar trade
- Ability to confidently use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current driver's license and reliable transport

Highly Regarded

- Experience installing commercial aluminum windows and doors
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) license
- Working at Heights certification
- White Card
- Forklift license
- Glazing experience
- Trade qualification in a relevant building or construction field
