About the Role

As Assistant Manager,



you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to help lead daily operations across multiple hospitality spaces while delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a positive team culture in one of Brisbane's busiest hospitality destinations.

What You'll Do

- Coach, develop and support team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Support venue administration, cash management and daily reporting
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements
- Coordinate operations across bars, dining, gaming, private functions and entertainment to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

What We're Looking For

- Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar high-volume hospitality venue
- The ability to prioritise and lead confidently while managing multiple operations simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of food, beverage, gaming and premium guest experiences
- Experience with venue administration, cash management and reporting
- The ability to build positive team cultures where people feel supported and enjoy coming to work
- Current RSA, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (or willingness to obtain)
