Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Broadbeach.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee
- Operate commercial coffee equipment with confidence
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Take customer orders and process transactions
- Assist with opening and closing dutiesKeep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver a excellent customer experience
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
- Weekend availability is highly regarded
