We are seeking an experienced qualified Chef to join our team. With multiple Byron Bay venues offering SE Asian cuisine, enjoy the variety of two work locations and two menu styles if you prefer. The position will initially be casual. Ideally the candidate has hotline skills, working pans, grill and Wok style cooking.

At Hutong Harrys, Our 120 seat newly refurbished restaurant aims to provide a unique Chinese style culinary experience for locals and holiday makers alike. With a focus on elegant yet informal dining, this beautifully designed space has been a big hit next to our own sister restaurant Bang Bang Byron Bay (Thai) right next door. The restaurant also offers a fully-equipped bar where talented bar tenders whisk up beautifully considered cocktails to funky sounds late into the night.





Our ever expanding hospitality group comprises an array of renowned venues, including fine and casual dining, located in Noosa Heads, Brisbane, Byron Bay and East Ballina.

An attractive remuneration will ensure your efforts are proportionally rewarded.The ideal candidate will have experience in south east Asian cuisine.

The right candidate will work alongside established kitchen teams and have an prospect to learn the Far East Company systems from our Northern Rivers Executive Chef, Jordan Staniford.
