The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Private Client Curatorship: Design elite, bespoke training programs for a select portfolio of high-value members, maintaining meticulous profiles to track progress.
- Relationship & Retention: Build deep,

- End-to-End Excellence: Maintain the sanctity of our training setting, ensuring the space remains spotless, serene, and state-of-the-art.

The Ideal Candidate

You understand that true luxury lies in the details, elite coaching execution, and the quiet observation of a client's physical and mental needs.

- Background: 4+ years coaching within luxury fitness clubs, private studios, or independently with high-end clientele.
- VIP Expertise: Experience managing High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) with absolute discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Qualifications: Cert IV in Fitness (or equivalent) required; Exercise Science degrees or advanced strength certifications (CSCS/ASCA) highly regarded.
