This is an opportunity to work directly with experienced engineers, customers, and suppliers, contributing across the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through to commissioning and ongoing support.

About The Role

As a Project & Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering critical power solutions for customers across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing AC and DC UPS, battery, and critical power systems
- Preparing engineering calculations, technical documentation, and project deliverables
- Supporting project delivery, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, and on-site activities
- Working closely with customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Contributing to innovative engineering solutions from concept through to completion
- Taking a hands-on role in the construction, assembly, testing, and integration of electrical systems within our workshop, ensuring designs are practical, buildable, and delivered to the highest quality standards





This is a varied, hands-on engineering role offering genuine responsibility, technical diversity, and excellent career development. You'll spend time both behind the computer designing solutions and in the workshop or on-site seeing your designs come to life.

About You

We're interested in engineers who enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and taking ownership of their work.

You may be an:

- Electrical Engineer
- Mechatronics Engineer
- Electronics Engineer
- Project Engineer
- Graduate Engineer looking to develop your career

Experience with UPS systems, battery systems, DC power, switchboards, power quality, industrial infrastructure, or commissioning is desirable but not essential.
