About the Position:

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to take the reins of an expanding practice area. In this role, you'll manage a broad mix of property law files - ranging from residential conveyancing to high-value commercial transactions and development work - while also stepping into a strategic leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead and grow the Property Law division within the firm
- Handle a varied portfolio of property matters including residential, commercial, leasing, and developments
- Recruit, mentor, and manage your own legal and support staff
- Collaborate with leadership on practice growth and strategic direction
- Deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Property Law (Private practice)
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and development transactions
- Leadership experience or a solid desire to step into a senior role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian legal practising certificate
