Platinum Pre School Randwick is seeking passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Educators to join our welcoming and supportive team.
We are a community-focused preschool catering exclusively to children aged 2–5 years and are committed to creating inclusive environments where all children feel safe, supported and empowered to thrive.
These positions are initially linked to Inclusion Support Program funding approvals; however, there may be opportunities for ongoing employment within the service through additional support requirements, casual opportunities and future centre needs.
Salary: $28–$42 per hour plus superannuation, dependent on qualifications and experience.
About the Role
As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will work collaboratively with educators, families and external professionals to support children with additional needs to meaningfully participate within the preschool program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting children's social, emotional and developmental outcomes.
- Implementing strategies and recommendations from support plans and allied health professionals.
- Assisting educators to create inclusive and responsive learning environments.
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Supporting children to actively engage in daily routines and experiences.
- Contributing to observations, documentation and individual support planning where required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be currently studying).
- Current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Unrestricted working rights within Australia.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for inclusion and advocating for children with additional needs.
Previous experience supporting children with additional needs, developmental delays, behavioural needs or neurodiverse children will be highly regarded but is not essential.
