About the role

As a sales consultant at CarpetCall , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

- Engaging with customers in store and at their homes, to understand their needs and provide direction to achieve their desired results.
- Demonstrate products and present product knowledge to best help find a suitable selection.
- Strive to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries
- Attending measure and quotes to provide a full in home design and consultation.

We are looking for sales consultants across our divisions

- Sales experience is helpful but not a necessary.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers is needed.
- All training on products and sales processes is provided.
- A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service is what we are after.
- As we are a retail business you must be able to work weekends but a versatile roster that works with your needs can be met.
