- Coordinate weekly supplier payment runs.
- Manage bank, credit card and intercompany reconciliations, maintaining accurate general ledger records.
- Assist with fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalisation, disposals, depreciation, and maintenance of the fixed asset register.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, including journals, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Support BAS, IAS, PAYG and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Assist with preparation of reporting packs and supporting documentation for management, auditors and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems, processes and internal controls.




- Provide support across the finance function and assist with key accounting responsibilities as required.

About You

You are a detail-oriented finance skilled who enjoys working collaboratively and taking ownership of your work.

You will bring:

- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance, and/ or working toward CPA/ CA qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar accounting support role
- Experience with Xero is essential
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
