Connecting Families is seeking a Male Disability Support Worker for Southside Canberra ACT to support a young male participant with autism and complex needs. You will promote independence, assist with daily living, and enable secure community participation.
Ideal candidates have experience in person-centred and trauma-informed support, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. A Certificate III/IV in relevant field is required.
