Caravan Pre-Delivery Detailer

Cameron Caravans SA is continuing to expand, and we are looking for another reliable person to join our Pre-Delivery team.

This role is responsible for preparing new caravans before they are handed over to our customers, making sure every caravan has been properly checked, cleaned and presented to a high standard.

The main part of the role is working through a detailed pre-delivery checklist, identifying anything that is missing or still needs attention, then thoroughly cleaning the inside and outside of the caravan ready for handover.

This is not a mechanical or repair role, and previous caravan experience is not required, as training will be provided to the right person.

What the role involves

- Working through a detailed pre-delivery checklist on each caravan

- Checking cupboards, doors, windows, fittings, appliances and general presentation

- Making sure required items and customer extras have been completed

- Identifying and reporting anything that still needs attention

- Cleaning and detailing the inside of caravans

- Washing and cleaning the outside of caravans

- Removing packaging, labels, dust, marks and protective coverings

- Making sure caravans are clean, organised and ready for customer handovers

- Working with our workshop, sales and handover teams

- Preparing caravans within the required timeframes

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and turns up ready to work





- Can carefully follow a checklist without skipping items

- Has strong attention to detail

- Takes pride in cleaning and presenting things properly

- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Is physically capable of cleaning and preparing caravans throughout the day

- Is willing to speak up when something is missing or not right

- Can work efficiently while still maintaining a high standard

- Understands the importance of having everything ready before the customer arrives

Previous experience in vehicle detailing, caravan detailing, cleaning, manufacturing, warehousing or another hands-on role would be helpful, however it is not essential.

The most key things are reliability, attention to detail and taking pride in the finished result.
