About the role

As Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day warehouse operation and play a key role in servicing Powerhouse Supplements’ online customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every online order is picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, while resolving fulfilment, delivery, return and customer-service issues when they arise.

Working in a fast-moving consumer goods workplace, you’ll manage the flow of stock from receiving and inventory control through to dispatch. This is a hands-on management role where you’ll work alongside the warehouse team,



maintain hi h service standards and take ownership of warehouse performance.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Leading daily picking, packing and dispatch operations
- Improving warehouse processes, productivity and order accuracy
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Managing cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory discrepancies
- Monitoring stock levels and managing inventory ordering, purchasing and replenishment
- Handling online-order enquiries, complaints, returns and refunds
- Resolving courier, delivery and fulfilment issues
- Supervising warehouse staff and maintaining accountability
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, safe and WHS compliant
- Monitoring KPIs such as dispatch times, order accuracy and inventory accuracy

What we’re looking for

- Warehouse management or team-leadership experience
- Strong inventory-management and fulfilment knowledge
- A practical, hands-on leadership style
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills
- The ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- A reliable and accountable approach to work
- Supplement Knowledge is desirable but not required.
