Chardons Hotel on Brisbane's south side is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor across a high-volume venue. You’ll lead a busy crew, maintain service standards, and partner with the Publican to keep operations smooth and secure.
The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to manage a large team, and current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per Queensland requirements.
