Practice.People. is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate/M&A; with 6-9+ PAE to join a leading practice and work on significant transactions within a nationally integrated team.
You will draft and review major transaction documents while collaborating with senior lawyers. You ideally bring 2-4 years' PQE in corporate matters, with robust drafting and attention to detail, and an interest in M&A;, corporate advisory, ECM and FIRB work.
