The Role & What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainer & Assessor at Wils Training you will:
- Develop, Plan, and deliver engaging, outcome-focused training across multiple NSW locations
- Assess and evaluate participant performance, providing actionable feedback to support growth
- Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO Compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate, up to date training records and documentation
- Stay current with industry developments, innovations and best practises
- Travel to training sites as needed, including periods away from home

Courses You Might Deliver
- SafeWork NSW Traffic Control (TCR, IMP & PWZ)
- SafeWork NSW White Card (CPCWHS1001)
- High Risk Work place (HRW) Licences: (TLILIC0003), EWP (TLILIC0005)
What We're Looking For & Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Relevant licences / Certifications: SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Cards, Forklift, Elevated Work Platforms (EWP), Working at Heights, First Aid etc.
- Proven experience delivering training in construction / earthmoving or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - you can engage and motivate learners
- Rigorous attention to safety, quality and compliance
- Valid NSW Driver's License and Willingness to travel and stay away when required
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
