Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Solution Architect to support a major architecture uplift initiative.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly capable architect to help mature and standardise an established architecture practice ahead of a significant delivery phase commencing in early 2027.
About the role
Working closely with Architecture and Technology leaders, you will be responsible for developing and refining architecture artefacts, standards, patterns and reference architectures that will guide future project delivery and external implementation partners.
Rather than focusing on a single solution, this role will help establish the frameworks, guardrails and reusable architecture assets that enable consistent and effective delivery across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architecture patterns, standards and reference architectures.
- Review and standardise existing architecture artefacts across multiple domains.
- Identify gaps and drive improvements to architecture documentation and governance.
- Collaborate with Domain Architects and Technology leaders to establish consistent architecture practices.
- Create reusable guidance and technical standards to support future project delivery.
- Ensure architecture decisions and approaches are clearly documented and easily consumable by delivery teams and vendors.
About you
You will be a seasoned Solution Architect with broad technology architecture experience and a practical, delivery-focused approach.
You will bring experience across:
- Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environments.
- Security and Identity Architecture.
- Data and Technology Architecture.
- Architecture standards, governance and best practices.
- Development of architecture patterns, frameworks and reference architectures.
- Working collaboratively across architecture and technology teams.
