Southern Cross Cargo Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned freight forwarding and 3PL logistics company with operations across Australia. We are seeking reliable and motivated Casual Warehouse Storepersons to join our busy Meadowbrook warehouse.
This role is 100% hand pick and pack work within a modern 3PL warehouse. This is not a forklift driving position, so we are looking for candidates with strong manual warehouse and order picking experience.
About the Role
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF Scanners
- Receive and put away stock
- Conduct stock checks and inventory counts
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Follow specific work instructions for each client
- General warehouse duties as required
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Opportunity for overtime during peak periods, particularly leading into Christmas
What We’re Looking For
- Previous pick and pack experience in a warehouse environment (essential)
- Experience working in a 3PL warehouse (preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Own reliable transport to Meadowbrook
- Current police check or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
