123 Grow Child Care Centre is seeking a reliable, friendly and safety-focused Bus Driver & Bus Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for providing safe and productive transportation for children to and from our service while creating a positive and welcoming experience for children and families.

About the Role
- Safely transport children to and from the service.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and ensure the bus is clean, roadworthy and well maintained.
- Follow all child safety, transport and road regulations.
- Work closely with educators and families to ensure children are safely signed in and out.
- Maintain accurate transport records and documentation.
- Support a positive, respectful and child-safe environment.
- Communicate professionally with families and the management team.
- This is a split shift role with hours varying from 32-38 hrs per week
What We're Looking For
- A current driver's licence (appropriate for the vehicle).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- National Child Safety Training (or willingness to complete).
- A friendly, reliable and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families.
