You'll work alongside a lead agent who sells at a high level and learn the business from the inside. We'll train you, back you, and give you a clear path to running your own listings.

Training worth having
You'll be coached by agents who are selling every week, and get access to industry training including Tom Panos, the auctioneer and trainer from The Block. This isn't a folder of PDFs.
What you'll actually do
- Supporting sales campaigns and marketing preparation
- Vendor communication and updates throughout the sales process
- Buyer communication, follow-ups, and enquiry management
- Assisting with open homes and private inspections
- Database management and daily call follow-up
- Preparing and delivering marketing materials
- Supporting offers,
contracts, and campaign administration
- General support to ensure every listing runs smoothly
Two things to be straight about: a big part of your week is on the phone, and Saturdays are part of the job.
What we're looking for
Good with people and confident on the phone
- Organised enough to run your own day
- Coachable, because you'll get direct feedback and need to use it
- Willing to prospect when nobody's watching
- Well presented and reliable
- A NSW Certificate of Registration or a genuine plan to get one
- A driver's licence and a reliable car
Real estate experience isn't essential. Work ethic is.
