Working as a part of our service team you will be responsible for:
- Basic administration duties including phones, email, diary management, mail, and other ad hoc tasks as required
- Manage the implementation of strategy and processing of all documents
- Manage all work in progress (WIP)
- Maintain and update relevant systems and databases
- Manage client inquiries with sophistication, empathy and professionalism
- Liaise with providers

- Ability to adopt current systems and processes efficiently
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
- Strong computer and data management skills
- Experience in a similar role in financial services (preferred, not mandatory)
