Guzman y Gomez in Melbourne is seeking a Cook to join our busy kitchen, following the GYG recipe guide and preparing fresh Mexican flavours for our guests. You will work with quality ingredients to deliver exciting meals for both recent and loyal guests.
You should have experience in a kitchen, a Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent, knowledge of food safety, and strong interpersonal skills. Availability for overnight shifts 10pm–6am several nights per week is required.
