Your Role as Care Worker

You’ll deliver this role by:

- Assist clients withpersonal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals

- Support clients withdomestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep

- Providesocial and community supportand assist with transport to appointments or shopping

- Follow clients’care plansand report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager

- Contribute ideas toimprove services and teamwork

Locations –

2 x Permanent Part Time - Bris South

(Wynnum, Manly, Oxley, Sinnamon Park, Corinda, Jindalee)

2 x Permanent Part Time - Gold Coast

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support(or equivalent)

- Current Australian Driver’s Licenceand comprehensively insured vehicle
