We’re looking for a Merchandise Manager to join our expanding Windsor team. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping systems, stock, and people running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing

Provide administration and customer service/ sales support to the branch team.

Process sales, invoices, orders, and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.

Help maintain accurate stock records, receipting, transfers, and adjustments.

Support inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and supplier documentation.

Assist the Branch Manager and team with day-to-day branch operations.

What we’re looking for

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience or interest in stock control, inventory management, and logistics.

Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.





Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a rapid‑paced environment.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

A “nothing is too much trouble” attitude with a willingness to learn.

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
