The role sits at Level 4 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Industry Award 2010

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Program Officer to support our program management of from either our Nambour, Maroochydore or Caboolture Service Centres.
Program Officer role
Develop housing programs, processes and reporting systems that deliver demonstrated outcomes and lasting impact.
Engage internal and external stakeholders,
as well as program participants.
Manage and assess applications for programs against eligibility criteria.
Ensure programs meet required funding, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Assess program data, identify trends and complete regular reporting
Record and promote positive program outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in housing or community services program management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Analytical and reporting skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and program participants.
