Lead Educator (Full-Time) - $36.41 - $41.11 per hour - Busy Bees at the Park

Role overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join the team at Busy Bees at The Park on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you'll do

- Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
- Inspire and mentor educators within your room
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
- Support children's development, wellbeing and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences

What you'll bring

- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up and always doing the right thing; alignment with Busy Bees values
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP)




- Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning workplace
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A collaborative and supportive leadership style
