KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of mechanical and building services design
- Overseeing services integration during construction phases
- Managing services, subcontractor,s and commissioning teams
- Liaising with clients, consultants,
and engineers across design and delivery
- Assisting with tendering and reviewing building services scopes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or similarProven experience delivering mechanical or building services packages in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environmentsAbility to supervise subcontractors and coordinate service programs effectivelyUnderstanding of services commissioning, HVAC, hydraulics, and BMS systemsCommercially astute with experience in services contract negotiation and administrationStrong communication and reporting skills
