We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment across our Support Centre. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Manager to keep processes running smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

- Coordinating interviews and managing diaries.
- Keeping candidates informed and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
- Managing updates in our ATS and keeping data accurate.
- Supporting job advertising and writing ads that attract the right people.
- Pulling together recruitment reports and pipeline insights.
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to keep roles moving.
- Getting involved in recruitment initiatives, events, and employer brand activity.

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or sourcing (agency or in‑house).




- Confidence using ATS/HR systems and job boards (experience with PageUp highly regarded).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach and strong organisation skills; you stay on top of multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional communication style.
- High attention to detail and a team‑first mindset.
