The Corporate Services Manager will be a “go getter” who will demonstrate their financial leadership, showing initiative, innovation and business savvy approach to the financial dealings, HR and Award considerations and systems management of the organisation.This is a part-time role and the salary reflects the 4 day work week.

The position is responsible for the overall finance functions of the organisation, including management reporting, audit support, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. Your demonstrable ability to analyse current business performance along with new business development opportunities is a key attribute.

The position is also responsible for strategically assess, improve and manage business systems and all related IT systems hardware and software, and to develop, enhance and oversee the financial internal control setting and processes.

The position is also required to work with the Operations Managers, Administrative Co-ordinator and General Manager in the Human Resources space in the context of Award and Fair Work rulings interpretation relating to payroll, QLeave, superannuation, performance management and employee contracts.
