Nurse Lead (RN) - Build and Run the Nursing Engine of a 7-Day Health Hub

Six treatment bays. Four minor procedure theatres. Infusion capability. A seven-day roster. And a mandate to build nurse-led services that matter: immunisation clinics, chronic condition management, health assessments, wound care, procedures and infusions. HelloDR Blackstone is looking for a Registered Nurse ready to lead - not just work - primary care nursing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Lead the nursing team (ENs now, growing RN/program roles as volumes build): rosters, competencies, daily checklist compliance.
- Own clinical operations: cold chain, sterilisation and steriliser logs, stock and par levels, emergency equipment readiness, infection control.
- Build the programs: run the recall engine with Cubiko lists, stand up booked immunisation and care-plan clinics, support theatre lists.

Essential:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in general practice nursing
- Solid clinical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach

Highly Regarded:

- Experience with Best Practice software
- Immunisation certification
- Knowledge of care plans and health assessments
