Popolo Italian Kitchen and Bar – Brisbane QLD

Popolo is seeking experienced section waiters to join our amazing front of house team.

We are looking for people with the right attitude and skill set who are passionate about the hospitality industry. Popolo is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Sundays, so we have a variety of shifts available to suit successful candidates, noting that Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is essential.

- Previous experience in a related or similar role
- RSA and other relevant industry certification (as required for the role).
- A true passionfor food and beverage.
- Exceptional organisation skills.

- Able to thrive under pressure.
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.
- Adaptable availability over arotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
