Evolution Precast is a leading precast concrete manufacturer delivering major infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and construction projects across NSW, QLD, and VIC. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Construction Supervisor to lead the planning and delivery of site construction, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects across our Hunter operations.
This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for the full coordination and management of site development and CAPEX initiatives, from planning and design through to contractor management, construction delivery, commissioning, and operational handover.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Site Construction Supervisor will take ownership of site improvement, expansion, and infrastructure projects across the Hunter operations. This includes managing capital works that improve production capability, site layout, storage capacity, logistics flow, operational efficiency, and long‑term facility performance.
You will work closely with internal operational teams and external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget, while minimising disruption to live manufacturing operations.
This is a broad role suited to someone who enjoys being equally involved in planning, engineering coordination, contractor management, and practical project delivery on site.

- Manage projects from concept, scoping, design, approvals,
and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover
- Oversee contractors, consultants, engineers, and suppliers to ensure safe, high‑quality, and efficient project delivery
- Coordinate civil, structural, building, hardstand, storage, drainage, utilities, and operational infrastructure works
- Support site layout planning, engineering review, and the staged development of manufacturing and storage capability
- Develop project scopes, budgets, implementation plans, and cost forecasts for approved capital works
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure works are delivered in line with budget, timeline, and business requirements
- Work closely with operations to ensure site works are effectively integrated within a live manufacturing environment
- Support business case development and capital approval processes for future site improvement initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in site capability, operational flow, and facility infrastructure
About You
You are a practical and commercially aware project or construction professional with extensive experience delivering capital works, infrastructure, or site development projects in industrial environments.
You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, balancing strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution,
and working closely with operational teams to deliver projects that improve site performance and support long‑term business growth.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in site development, capital projects, construction supervision/management, project engineering, or infrastructure delivery roles
- Experience delivering civil, structural, building, or operational infrastructure projects within manufacturing, industrial, mining, construction, or heavy operational environments
- Solid contractor, consultant, and supplier management capability
- Experience managing budgets, cost control, project planning, and procurement activities
- Ability to work within live operational environments while minimising disruption to production
- Strong engineering coordination, technical review, and project execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
- Trade or Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline highly regarded
Why Join Evolution Precast?
- Senior role reporting directly to the General Manager
- Opportunity to shape the next stage of site development and operational growth across the Hunter operations
- Diverse and hands‑on capital works portfolio across manufacturing and infrastructure environments
- Work within a growing business delivering major projects across multiple states

If you are looking for a role where you can take ownership of meaningful site development and capital works projects while working closely with operations and leadership, we would like to hear from you.
