ACO is seeking a Technical Services Assistant to join our team and provide technical support to our sales team and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior construction qualified or graduate looking to develop their technical skills and build a career within the civil construction industry.

Reporting to the Brand Manager - Civil Construction Products, you will assist with providing project-specific technical advice, preparing product recommendations, and developing documentation to support ACO solutions being specified and successfully implemented across construction projects.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide technical advice and support to sales teams and customers.
- Prepare technical submissions and project-specific product recommendations.
- Assist with drainage analysis, product scheduling, and installation support.
- Review civil construction and drainage plans.
- Maintain technical project records and reporting.
- Support product development and testing activities.

About You





We are looking for someone who is technically minded, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career within the construction industry.

You will ideally have:

- A Diploma or qualification in building, construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, drafting, or a related field (preferred).
- Approximately 1 year of experience within the building or construction industry (preferred).
- Exposure to civil engineering or drainage plans.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to interpret technical information and communicate solutions clearly.
- A willingness to learn and work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
